Who We Are
LyconSys is an owner-managed company for industrial electronics development based in Bad Nauheim. Founded in 2006 in Frankfurt am Main, we develop and manufacture hardware, firmware and complete systems for demanding industrial applications.
Our team consists of three graduate engineers – the company founders. At LyconSys you speak directly with the developers. No sales department, no hierarchies – just technical competence and fast decisions.

What Drives Us
Longevity over obsolescence
Our products are designed for lifecycles of 10+ years. We develop our own firmware and can deliver security updates independently of third parties.
Efficiency through automation
What used to require many employees we achieve today in a small team – thanks to consistent automation, AI-supported processes and a strong supplier network.
Manufacturing in Germany
Production, testing, packaging and shipping take place at our facility. Only PCB assembly we outsource to specialised partners.
Our History
2006 – Foundation in Frankfurt am Main. First projects: remote maintenance systems for solar parks.
2008–2012 – Expansion into public transport. Development of communication modules for ticket machines.
2013–2018 – Building OEM partnerships. Bosch becomes largest customer.
2019–today – Focus on embedded AI, image processing and highly automated manufacturing. Relocation to Bad Nauheim.

- Own manufacturing for final assembly and system integration
- Modern 3D printers for prototypes and small-series enclosures
- Test and measurement equipment (partly in-house built)

Quality: We work according to ISO 9001 processes. CE conformity testing is carried out via accredited external test laboratories.
