FAQ

SMD assembly is done by specialized partners we have worked with for years. We handle coordination, quality control and final assembly. You have one contact for everything – we take care of the supply chain.

We specialize in quantities of 10 to 5,000 units. For prototypes (1-10 units) we are often the fastest solution. For very large quantities (>10,000) we recommend specialized EMS providers – but we can support the handover.

Each device receives a unique serial number. All test results, firmware versions and production data are logged and archived. In case of complaints we can trace the complete production history and analyze selectively.

Yes, we develop test equipment also as standalone projects – independent of whether we developed the product. You receive a documented test system with test plan, software and training. We have realized test systems for customers in Germany and internationally.

For a typical small series (50-200 units) we plan 2-4 weeks from material availability. Lead time depends on complexity of final assembly and test requirements. For rush orders we can prioritize – contact us.

Yes, for customers with regular demand we offer framework agreements with call-off orders. We keep agreed quantities in stock and deliver on call within a few days. This reduces your capital tie-up and ensures fast availability.
