RMA Process
1. Contact
Send an email to support@lyconsys.com with fault description, product designation and serial number. Our support team will review the report and clarify the next steps.
2. RMA Number
After review you will receive an RMA number and detailed shipping instructions. This RMA number must be clearly visible on the package when sending.
3. Shipment
Pack the device securely (ideally in original packaging) and send it with the RMA number to the specified address. Devices without RMA number cannot be accepted.
4. Inspection & Repair
We inspect the device and inform you of findings and repair options. For warranty cases, repair or replacement is carried out within our warranty terms.
5. Return Shipment
After repair or replacement, the device will be sent back to you.
